Baklava
Baklava is a snack in the Turks and the districts where the former power of the Ottoman Government. Food consists of walnuts or chopped and given pistache sweetener (sugar or honey) and wrapped a thin bread dough. It is too long Baklava documented. One of the oldest evidence of baklava recipes in a recipe book from the 14th century were found in China. Other names mentioned güllach baklava.
Dessert baklava is made with dough, nuts or walnuts, butter and sugar. After baking to perfection, sweet syrup is immediately poured over the pieces allowing the syrup to be absorbed into the coating. Some contain walnut baklava. Other variations include pistachios, pine nuts and almonds.
