Tavuk Mantarlı Borek (Pastry Chicken Mushroom)
Borek is one of the many favorite foods in Turkey than Turkey Köfte or meat ball. Many types of Borek can be encountered. Borek is the main ingredient for “Yufka” or dough.
Borek Turkish people usually make the main ingredient of cheese mixed with parsley or spinach with cheese. Or not infrequently encountered Borek with stuffing “pırasa” or leek.

The materials need to be prepared:
- 5 sheets Filo dough or “yufka” (usually a round wide)
- 250 g chicken fillets, cut into small dice
- 300 g fresh button mushrooms, chopped into small pieces as well
- 1 onion great. finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix all stuffing ingredients above. set aside
- Vegetable oil or regular cooking oil about 1 / 2 cup to be smeared on a sheet of filo dough before the dough is filled contents.

How to cook:
