Boza and sahlep is a popular drink in the winter. The first is made from fermented millet and tastes like mild eggnog. Sahlep, on the other hand, served hot on ferries and other public places and made from crushed bulbs of wild orchids. It is very sweet and comes sprinkled with cinnamon, and is the perfect companion on a cold winter day.
Boza is a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage produced from yeast fermentation of sugar and flour projinog. It is healthy and refreshing.
